We are a well-established food packaging and disposable tableware company located in Edison, NJ. Founded in 1997, we specialize in importing, wholesale distribution, and warehouse delivery of food packaging products. We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, loading, and shipping
- Manage inventory and ensure system quantities match physical inventory
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and customer deliveries
- Oversee container unloading and loading operations
- Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Handle day-to-day warehouse issues and operational needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar role
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory/order management systems
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Experience in food packaging, restaurant supplies, or wholesale distribution is a plus
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus
