Pay: $17-20/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Brandt Bakers Supply is a wholesale bakery and food-service ingredient distributor serving commercial bakeries, restaurants, and food businesses throughout South Florida.
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Warehouse Manager to help with our day-to-day warehouse operations. The position includes picking and preparing customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and keeping the warehouse running efficiently.
This is a hands-on position that involves regularly handling 25–50 lb bags and boxes on pallets.
There is also an opportunity for advancement into a Delivery Route Driver position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
- Move and organize 25–50 lb bags and boxes of food-service ingredients
- Receive and put away inventory
- Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and safe
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse operations
- Operate a pallet jack and/or forklift if experienced
- Help prepare delivery routes and stage orders for drivers
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Preferred Experience
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order-picking experience
- Forklift and/or pallet jack experience is a plus
- Food distribution or food-service warehouse experience is a plus
- Box-truck driving experience is a plus
Requirements
- Able to repeatedly lift and move 25–50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment
- Able to work efficiently and accurately
- US Citizen
Opportunity for Advancement
Candidates with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record may have the opportunity to advance into a Delivery Route Driver position.
Our drivers operate box trucks and deliver wholesale bakery and food-service ingredients to commercial customers throughout the Miami/South Florida area.
