Job Summary:
Lead the procurement and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), relocation, installation, and architectural and engineering services for District capital construction and renovation projects. Serves as a key member of project teams, managing FF&E budgets and supporting project planning, execution, and facility readiness.Required Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for procurement and coordination of relocation services, furniture, and equipment, including installation functions, related to Capital Improvement Programs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including district leadership, staff, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Prepare and present reports on construction procurement activities and contract performance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all construction-related procurement.
- Develop and manage the construction FF&E budget, ensuring cost effective purchasing practices. Monitor expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
Supplemental Functions
- Perform other duties as assigned. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures and core values.

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution and five (5) years of directly related professional-level experience.
