Senior Level Executive Operations Partner Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level executive operations partner job?
Employers at this level look for candidates who have owned complex operational programs end-to-end, not just supported them. Demonstrating that you have set strategic direction, resolved cross-functional conflicts, and measurably improved organizational performance gives you a clear edge. Highlight experience leading teams or workstreams, managing executive relationships, and driving process change across multiple business units.
Which companies hire senior level executive operations partners?
Companies hiring senior level executive operations partners right now include Gartner, Tiger Analytics, and Ah Capital Management, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Hiring at this level tends to come from large enterprises, high-growth technology companies, and professional services firms that need experienced operators to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Are there remote senior level executive operations partner jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and function. About 59% of senior level executive operations partner openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the operational nature of many roles at this level. Some positions still require on-site presence for executive alignment, team leadership, or facility oversight, so check each listing's location requirements directly.
What makes an executive operations partner role senior level?
Senior level roles are defined by scope, ownership, and influence rather than task execution. At this stage, you are expected to set operational direction, own outcomes across multiple teams or programs, and mentor earlier-career colleagues. Decision-making authority is broader, stakeholder complexity is higher, and the expectation is that you can identify systemic problems and lead the organizational response without close oversight.
Which industries hire the most senior level executive operations partners?
Senior level executive operations partner roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Consulting & Professional Services, and Investment & Asset Management, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. These sectors tend to hire at this level because they operate at scale with complex cross-functional structures, creating sustained demand for experienced operators who can align people, processes, and priorities across the organization.
