Field Sales Manager - Health & Wellness
702Greens | Las Vegas | In person
Help more Las Vegas households make fresh, local food part of everyday life. You’ll build the community relationships that make that possible.
702Greens is a local farm delivering fresh microgreens to households through weekly subscriptions. We’re looking for an experienced salesperson who believes in that mission and wants to take responsibility for building our local sales operation.
You will work directly with the founder to develop partnerships, arrange tastings and events, and personally bring in new members. You will help establish a consistent way to sell 702Greens, then recruit and coach a small team that can deliver the same standard.
What you will own
- Personal sales: Start conversations, understand what matters to each household, explain the subscription, handle questions and confidently ask for the sale. Follow up with people who need more time.
- Partnerships and events: Develop relationships with gyms, studios, workplaces and event organizers. Arrange productive tastings, pop-ups and repeat opportunities within agreed terms and budgets.
- The weekly plan: Organize the event calendar, staffing, preparation and follow-up. Keep accurate contact records and make sure each opportunity has a clear next step.
- The sales approach: Use what happens in real customer conversations to improve product demonstrations, objection handling and follow-up. Document what works so other people can learn it.
- Team development: Help recruit suitable representatives, sell alongside them and coach specific improvements. Take responsibility for their preparation and performance as the team grows.
- Results: Track conversations, new memberships and follow-up conversions. Review which venues and activities bring in households who continue ordering.
You will represent 702Greens with warmth, conviction and a professional presence. Accurate product claims, food safety and respectful handling of customer information are part of the job.
What you bring
- A record of personally winning customers through face-to-face sales. You can explain what you sold, your own results and how you achieved them.
- Experience creating opportunities through prospecting, events, local partnerships or referrals, and following them through to a sale.
- Evidence that you have built or improved a sales approach, including how you handled objections, followed up and tracked results.
- Experience training or coaching other sellers and helping them improve through practical feedback.
- The ability to organize your own work, keep commitments, use a CRM and raise problems early.
- A real interest in food, health or wellness, and the ability to talk about the product clearly without exaggerating its benefits.
- Reliable transportation around Las Vegas and availability for scheduled visits and events, including weekends.
Relevant backgrounds include subscription sales, gym membership sales, direct-to-consumer field sales, event sales and studio management with personal sales responsibility.
We can teach you our product, offer and operating tools. You should bring selling experience, sound judgment and a willingness to help develop the sales process with us. A particular previous job title or degree is not required.
Compensation
Everyone begins with paid training and a paid live activation. This gives both sides an opportunity to experience the work before making a larger commitment.
Candidates who successfully complete the process may be officially invited onto the 702Greens team.
Once officially placed:
- Part-time compensation starts at $3,000 per month, with typical earnings of $3,000–$6,000 per month.
- Full-time compensation starts at $6,000 per month, with typical earnings of $6,000–$12,000 per month.
The bottom of each range is the minimum compensation for someone officially placed into that track.
Higher earnings reflect the new memberships and retained households you help generate, along with the level of responsibility you take on.
Schedule and benefits
Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Most events take place on weekend mornings and afternoons. Weekday work includes partner visits, preparation, recruiting, coaching and customer follow-up. Schedules are arranged in advance.
- Employee discount
- Flexible schedule
- Fuel reimbursement

The opportunity
You will work directly with the founder, contribute ideas and take responsibility for developing this part of the business. Broader responsibility grows with demonstrated results, retained households, reliability, judgment and the ability to develop other people.

Field Manager Jobs in Las Vegas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a field manager job in Las Vegas?
Target the sectors driving the most local hiring: commercial construction along the Strip and in Henderson, resort and venue operations, and utility and infrastructure contractors working throughout the valley. Candidates who can show direct experience managing crews on large-scale projects in desert or high-heat conditions stand out here. Familiarity with Nevada OSHA standards and multi-trade coordination is a practical edge in Las Vegas's construction-heavy market.
Which companies hire field managers in Las Vegas?
Companies currently hiring field managers in Las Vegas include Canon, Eaton, and 702Greens, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Las Vegas draws a mix of national general contractors, resort operators, and regional utility firms, many running simultaneous projects across the valley that require dedicated field management.
Are there remote field manager jobs in Las Vegas?
Yes, though remote work is uncommon for hands-on field manager roles that require on-site crew oversight and inspections. About 44% of field manager openings tied to Las Vegas are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, which typically reflects scheduling, reporting, or project coordination duties that can be handled off-site rather than full remote roles.
How can I get a field manager job in Las Vegas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Las Vegas is starting as a crew lead or assistant field supervisor with one of the valley's mid-size commercial construction or landscaping contractors, where hands-on site exposure moves quickly into coordination responsibilities. Companies managing resort renovation cycles and residential developments in Summerlin and North Las Vegas regularly hire candidates willing to grow into the role from ground-level positions.
Which industries hire the most field managers in Las Vegas?
Las Vegas field manager roles concentrate in Energy, Manufacturing, and Electronics & Hardware, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The city's continuous cycle of resort construction, infrastructure expansion, and commercial development across the valley sustains demand for experienced field managers across those sectors year-round.
