Position Summary
EFX currently has an opening for a Warehouse Production Associate in a warehouse environment with continual production operations. We has been in the imprinted promotional products and custom graphic design industry for over 33 years. We provide screen-printing, embroidery, DTG printing, Dye Sublimation and Heat Transfer printing on high-end apparel, promotional products, signage and printed marketing materials. The position is for full-time or part-time (permanent or temporary). If you are hardworking, reliable, honest, efficient in your work & meticulous, with great attention to detail, then this is the position for you! If you are wanting to learn new skills and are eager to grow within a company as well as advance in a career, then your are the perfect candidate for this position, This is a team working environment where everyone is a team player and works hard within a positive environment.
Seeking either an Experienced or Entry Level candidate with little to no experience. It is desired that an experienced candidate have a minimum of one (1) year of production, warehouse and/or quality control experience, but we are willing to train the right hardworking, quick learning candidate for entry level as well. This position would be great for a High School student looking for experience in the job market or a College Student that desires a part time position while completing their degree.
The hours / shift is Monday - Friday, from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Also, part-time position Saturday and Sunday hours are available as well. This position pays per hour, depending on your experience. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment, with very light lifting involved.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting production machine operators on screen-printing & embroidery machines (cleaning and stacking screens, mixing inks, snipping threads on embroidered garments, using a steamer, folding garments, packing garments, pulling supplies needed for production orders, etc.)
- Checking product for quality control according to company standards
- Counting and separating products for current orders
- Assist with shipments
- Assist with receiving goods
- Cross training with other departments
- Keeping the warehouse area organized, clean & supplies stocked
- Weekly or Daily janitorial tasks
- Keep production supplies stored away, organized & filed in good order
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or use a dolly
- Receiving in supplies, organizing & putting them away

- Hardworking, punctual, reliable and be responsible
- Efficient with their work quality and time
- Exceptional attention to detail, to produce a superior quality-controlled product
