INTRODUCTION
Anteris® Technologies is a global structural heart company dedicated to revolutionizing cardiac care. With offices in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, we have a growing and inclusive team. Our mission is to forge new frontiers in cardiac care by pioneering science-driven and measurable advancements to restore heart valve patients to healthy function. Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) technologies were originally designed for older, high-risk patients. Today, younger, more active patients need a better solution that will not just open and close but restore healthy heart function. We seek to restore healthy blood flow patterns by creating the world’s first biomimetic TAVR valve, DurAVR® THV. This cutting-edge valve, incorporating our proprietary ADAPT® anti-calcification technology, is designed to mimic the natural function of a healthy heart valve.

Senior Level Field Operations Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level field operations manager job?
Employers at this level look for candidates who have owned operational outcomes across complex, multi-site environments, not just managed day-to-day tasks. Highlight experience setting strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and driving measurable improvements in efficiency, safety, or cost. Demonstrable success mentoring junior managers and influencing decisions at the leadership level gives candidates a clear edge.
Which companies hire senior level field operations managers?
Companies hiring senior level field operations managers right now include Kiewit, Lyft, and Grifols, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Hiring at this level tends to concentrate in large enterprises and growth-stage operators that manage distributed workforces, facilities, or service delivery networks at scale.
Are there remote senior level field operations manager jobs?
Yes, though many roles at this level require regular on-site presence given the hands-on nature of field oversight. About 22% of senior level field operations manager openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with hybrid arrangements most common at organizations that pair strategic leadership responsibilities with periodic site visits.
What makes a field operations manager role senior level?
Senior level field operations manager roles are defined by ownership of outcomes rather than execution of tasks. These positions involve setting operational direction across multiple sites or regions, managing managers, shaping process and policy, and being accountable for performance metrics at the organizational level. Mentoring junior staff and influencing cross-functional decisions are standard expectations, not occasional responsibilities.
Which industries hire the most senior level field operations managers?
Senior Level field operations manager roles concentrate in Construction & Real Estate, Energy, and Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. These sectors tend to drive hiring at this level because they operate complex, distributed field workforces where experienced operational leadership directly affects service quality, cost control, and compliance.
