Mid Level Field Representative Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level field representative job?
Position your experience around ownership and outcomes, not just tasks. Highlight accounts you managed independently, goals you hit, and any situation where you coordinated across teams or guided a junior colleague. Tailor your resume to show scope, not just activity, and bring concrete examples to interviews that demonstrate you can run your territory without close supervision.
Which companies hire mid level field representatives?
Companies hiring mid level field representatives right now include CHS, Valmont Industries, and Corpay, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. At this level, hiring tends to come from regional and national organizations that need experienced reps who can manage accounts and represent the brand independently in the field.
Are there remote mid level field representative jobs?
Yes, though many field representative roles remain on-site or travel-based by nature. About 33% of mid level field representative openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, often covering account coordination, reporting, and client communication, while the physical site visits themselves remain in person.
How do I move up to a mid level field representative role?
Growth into mid level comes from consistently demonstrating ownership over a full account or territory, not just executing assigned tasks. Build a record of hitting targets, solving problems without escalating every decision, and taking on harder accounts or larger regions over time. Reps who document their impact and seek out stretch assignments tend to make that leap faster.
Which industries hire the most mid level field representatives?
Mid Level field representative roles concentrate in Manufacturing, Distribution & Wholesale, and Energy, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. These sectors rely heavily on experienced reps who can build client relationships, drive revenue in the field, and represent complex products or services with credibility and autonomy.
