We are looking for someone with three or more years of relevant experience with incident response, cybersecurity investigations, cybersecurity counseling within the private sector, or cybersecurity-facing work within a government agency. You would join our Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team to play a key role in our cyber incident response, crisis management, and regulatory defense practice.
We advise companies as they confront cybersecurity incidents and other complex privacy and cybersecurity issues; represent clients in connection with investigations related to cybersecurity, AI, and privacy; provide counseling on best practices and regulatory compliance; and provide cybersecurity expertise to companies engaging in technology and corporate transactions. We also advise cybersecurity companies on legal compliance related to security research and threat intelligence activities.
We are looking for a mid-level to senior attorney to take on significant responsibility within our growing practice to serve leading technology companies as they navigate the ever-increasing complexity of cyber, AI, and privacy regulation.
We value relevant cybersecurity and privacy experience within state or federal government agencies. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
Successful candidates may sit in Washington DC, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Austin, Boston, Century City, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, or Seattle.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $260,000 – $435,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
