Job Overview
We are looking for a repair technician who desires a flexible schedule. We service a wide range of electronics, including computers, printers, servers, POS systems, and more.

In this role, you will largely make your own schedule, coordinating with businesses and end users in order to get their products repaired in a timely manner. Work volume can vary week to week — you are expected to be available for at least 3 days a week, with the ability to take on much more should you wish to do so, though we can't guarantee a consistent volume of jobs at all times.

This role offers a good opportunity to work a flexible schedule while developing your skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with our tech support team to provide on-site hardware/software support, diagnostics, and repairs
• Communicate directly with the manufacturers in the event of an unsuccessful repair in order to get a re-visit set up
• Coordinate with businesses and end-users
• Pick up and return replacement parts in a timely manner

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License
• Motor vehicle able to visit locations all over the Phoenix-metro area while transporting replacement parts
• Reliable cellphone with data connectivity
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Access to repair tools (~$40 screwdriver set covers 95% of jobs)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Access to a Windows computer and a 16-32GB USB drive
• Prior repair experience preferred
• Organizational skill
• Corporate-friendly non-offensive dress code

This is a 1099 contractor position, paid flat-rate per completed job — most repairs pay $45+ per machine and take 30-90 minutes onsite. Some paid training provided.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
