JOB SUMMARY
Lansky Center Solutions INC is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Network Technician to support our clients with on-site and remote network services. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills who is flexible, dependable, and willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform network troubleshooting and diagnostics for wired and wireless environments
- Install, configure, and support network switches, routers, access points, and firewalls
- Handle structured cabling tasks, including patching, labeling, testing, and basic rack work
- Provide on-site technical support for network outages, upgrades, and cutovers
- Assist with equipment replacements, configurations, and documentation
- Respond to on-call service requests and meet service-level expectations
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding issues and resolutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting, switching, and cabling
- Basic to intermediate understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, and Wi-Fi networks
- Hands-on experience with network hardware installation and support
- Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Availability for on-call work, including evenings or weekends when required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (ASSETS)
- Previous experience as a Network Technician or IT Field Technician
- Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, or similar
- Experience working in hospitality, retail, or enterprise environments
- IT or networking certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar) are a plus but not required

- 2 full weekdays availability is required.
- You need a ladder and the complete set of tools listed.
- You need a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
