The Director, Non-Commercial Sales – Managed Services is a critical leadership role for KDP, responsible for driving enterprise growth across key strategic partners including Compass Foodbuy and Transportation channel customers. This role leads the development and execution of customer strategies to deliver volume, revenue, profit, and share growth across KDP’s beverage portfolio. The Director oversees all aspects of the customer relationship, from contract strategy and joint business planning to in-market execution and performance delivery across managed services, group purchasing, transportation, travel, and non-commercial customer environments.
Preferred candidate location: Frisco, TX or Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead enterprise-level customer strategies across Compass Foodbuy and Transportation channel customers, ensuring alignment to KDP growth priorities, customer objectives, and channel execution requirements.

Develop and execute multi-year Joint Business Plans aligned to KDP growth objectives.
Lead contract negotiation, renewals, pricing strategy, and trade investment management. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships across all levels including C-suite leadership.
- Drive distribution growth, portfolio expansion, and equipment strategy (fountain and cold vault).
- Partner with KDP Route to Market partners to facilitate successful execution ranging from KDP owned bottlers, partner bottlers, and broadline distributors.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance tracking.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Finance, RGM, Operations, and Marketing.
- Represent KDP at industry events and maintain awareness of competitive activity.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range $155,500 - $200,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off, 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
- Long-term incentive equity based on eligibility
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of Foodservice or CPG sales experience.
- Experience managing non-commercial, managed services, or national accounts.
- Proven ability to drive growth, negotiate contracts, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and trade funds.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Willingness to travel 50–60%.
