Endodontist Green Card Jobs
Endodontist roles in the U.S. qualify for employment-based green card sponsorship under EB-2 and EB-3, with most employers filing PERM labor certification before the I-140 petition. Dental specialists with a DMD or DDS plus endodontic residency training are well-positioned for sponsorship at private practices, DSOs, and academic dental centers.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship in Endodontist
Verify your credential equivalency before applying
Your dental degree from outside the U.S. must be evaluated for equivalency to a U.S. DMD or DDS. A credential evaluation agency report is required for PERM documentation, and gaps here delay the entire labor certification process.
Target DSOs with documented PERM filing history
Large dental service organizations file PERM applications more regularly than solo practices. Look for employers who have sponsored foreign dentists before, since they already understand the recruitment documentation DOL requires.
Search EB-2 and EB-3 openings using Migrate Mate
Filter Migrate Mate by green card sponsorship and the endodontist job category to surface roles where employers are already set up to file. This cuts time spent on practices that have never navigated PERM.
Understand the PERM recruitment timeline before negotiating
PERM requires the employer to run a documented recruitment campaign before filing with DOL. This process takes several months, so negotiate a realistic start date and confirm the employer is prepared to meet DOL's recruitment documentation requirements.
Confirm your EB-2 eligibility with your endodontic specialty degree
A completed endodontic residency typically results in a Certificate of Specialty or master's degree, which can satisfy EB-2's advanced-degree requirement. USCIS reviews transcripts and program credentials, so gather official records from your residency program early.
Check prevailing wage requirements before the offer stage
Your employer must pay at least the DOL prevailing wage for your area and job level before PERM is certified. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the wage tier for endodontists in your target metro so there are no surprises at the offer stage.

Find Endodontist JobsEndodontist Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does an endodontist role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most endodontist positions qualify for EB-2 because the role requires at minimum a dental degree plus a completed specialty residency, which USCIS generally treats as an advanced degree. Employers who prefer a more straightforward filing sometimes use EB-3, which covers professionals holding a U.S. bachelor's degree equivalent or higher. Either category follows the PERM labor certification path.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for endodontists?
Green card sponsorship through PERM and I-140 leads to permanent residency with no need to renew status, whereas H-1B is a temporary status renewed in three-year increments. EB-3 sponsorship is not subject to an annual lottery the way H-1B is, so there is no random selection risk. The tradeoff is timeline: the PERM process adds several months to the front end, and priority date backlogs affect some nationalities.
What documents do I need to support an endodontist PERM application?
Your employer handles most of the PERM filing, but you will need to supply your dental degree transcripts, residency completion certificate or specialty degree, any state dental license you hold, and a credential evaluation report if your degree is from outside the U.S. DOL may audit the file, so official records rather than photocopies are required throughout.
How do I find endodontist jobs where the employer is ready to sponsor a green card?
Many dental practices are open to sponsorship but have never filed PERM before, which creates delays. Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for endodontist roles with confirmed employment-based green card sponsorship, so you are only engaging employers who have already decided to go through the process rather than starting that conversation from scratch.
Can a solo dental practice sponsor my endodontist green card, or do I need a larger employer?
A solo practice can legally sponsor a PERM application and I-140 petition. The practical challenge is that DOL requires documented recruitment efforts showing no qualified U.S. workers were available, and smaller offices sometimes lack the HR infrastructure to run that process correctly. Practices that have sponsored before or that retain an immigration attorney are better positioned to complete the filing without errors that trigger an audit.
