Summary: This position is full-time.
The Manager - Environmental Services manages daily operations of the Environmental Services Department. Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operation of the department while promoting customer and employee satisfaction.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- License/Certifications: Healthcare or related environmental services certification preferred.
- Experience: Two years demonstrated leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Prior related environmental services experience preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff; promote a culture of teamwork; effective communication skills.
