Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Ensure code quality, performance, and stability, including unit testing as per leadership standards
- Apply hands-on experience and proven patterns from prior projects to deliver quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, backend) to define, design, and ship features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native
- Solid knowledge of React JS (preferred)
- Experience with Redux for state management
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Hands-on experience implementing unit testing and code quality best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Exposure to modern mobile architecture and performance optimization techniques
