Technical Delivery Lead Green Card Jobs

YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will serve as the Senior Technical Delivery lead for client deployments.
You will own implementation design, client-specific data and configuration choices, deployment reliability, and day-to-day technical problem solving across Source AI rollouts. Your role is client-facing and delivery-oriented, with enough depth to guide engineers and external workers while also shaping reusable patterns for future deployments.
Our Source AI team uses generative AI to analyze vast amounts of data, identify patterns, and create actionable insights within Procurement. Our team helps category managers unlock new levels of efficiency, innovation, and cost savings in their procurement and sourcing with an innovative and tailored solution.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end technical delivery for Source AI client deployments across modules, translating client context and business requirements into implementation choices, including data ingestion and mapping, business rules, workflow configuration, dashboard setup, and deployment approach. You will own solution architecture for deployments, including data flows, integration patterns, testing strategy, reliability, and risk controls. You will partner directly with clients, teams, and internal product teams to resolve data quality, workflow, integration, and performance issues during implementation. You will review technical work produced by internal engineers and external workers; provide coaching, code/configuration review, and escalation support for blockers.
YOUR GROWTH
Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.

You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.

Align your credentials to PERM requirements
Your degree and job title must match the PERM-certified job description exactly. A mismatch between your foreign credential evaluation and the role's stated education requirement is one of the most common reasons PERM audits are triggered for technical management roles.
Target employers with EB-3 filing history
Delivery lead roles rarely self-petition, so your employer's willingness to run PERM matters more than the role itself. Prioritize organizations that have filed EB-2 or EB-3 petitions for similar project or program management titles in recent DOL disclosure cycles.
Search green card roles using Migrate Mate
Filter by Technical Delivery Lead or adjacent titles like Delivery Manager on Migrate Mate to find employers actively sponsoring EB-2 and EB-3 green cards. This narrows your search to companies that have already committed to the PERM process for comparable roles.
Clarify the EB tier before accepting an offer
Ask whether the role is slotted for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship during offer negotiation, not after signing. EB-2 typically requires a master's degree or equivalent, while EB-3 covers bachelor's-level professionals, and the tier affects your priority date and wait time significantly.
Verify your prevailing wage category early
PERM requires your employer to pay at least the DOL prevailing wage for your location and job zone. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up Technical Delivery Lead wage levels before your employer files, so a Level I determination doesn't undercut your actual compensation.
Document cross-functional scope for I-140 strength
Technical Delivery Leads who manage both engineering and business stakeholders build a stronger I-140 petition. Compile evidence of your delivery scope, team size, and project complexity now, since USCIS adjudicators weigh this documentation when evaluating EB-2 advanced-degree professional petitions.

Find Technical Delivery Lead JobsTechnical Delivery Lead Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Technical Delivery Lead role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship?
Most Technical Delivery Lead positions qualify for EB-3 if they require a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. EB-2 eligibility applies when the role specifically requires a master's degree or when you can demonstrate the equivalent through a combination of education and progressive experience, subject to USCIS review of the petition.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B for this role?
PERM-based green card sponsorship leads to permanent residency rather than a temporary visa with renewal cycles. There's no annual lottery for EB-3 petitions the way there is for H-1B registrations, and once your priority date is current, the path to an I-485 adjustment of status is fixed. The tradeoff is that PERM processing alone often takes 12 to 18 months before the I-140 is even filed.
Can I switch jobs after my employer starts the green card process?
You can change employers without losing your place in the green card queue if your I-140 has been approved for more than 180 days and the new role is in the same or a similar occupational classification. For Technical Delivery Leads, moving to a comparable delivery or program management title at a new sponsor generally satisfies that portability requirement under AC21 rules.
Where can I find employers sponsoring green cards for Technical Delivery Lead roles?
Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for Technical Delivery Lead and related titles filtered by employers with active EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship history. This saves you from applying broadly and discovering late in the process that a company won't run PERM for your title or level.
How long does the full EB-3 green card process take for a Technical Delivery Lead?
For nationals from countries without significant backlogs, the full EB-3 process from PERM filing to an approved I-485 typically runs two to four years. PERM recruitment and DOL certification can take 12 to 18 months on its own. Nationals from India or China face significantly longer waits due to per-country annual limits under current visa bulletin priority dates.
