Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline and 2 plus years of experience in supply chain operations, supply chain systems, or supply chain analytics or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g., demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, order management, or logistics)
- Experience working with supply chain or enterprise systems (e.g., planning systems, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms supporting supply chain operations)
- Proven ability to lead issue resolution, including coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and application owners
- Experience managing change control, testing (UAT), and production support activities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree
- Proficient in process mapping and use of process mapping tools (Vision, SmartDraw, Lucidchart, Tallyfy, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or other Salesforce applications
- Experience with Supply Chain Planning applications
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other reporting solution
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Critical Path Method (CPM) or PRINCE2)
