ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale Jasper’s enterprise growth engine. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable setting company-level growth strategy and diving into campaign performance, funnel analytics, and execution. You’ll lead a high-performing team and pioneer how AI transforms modern growth marketing—from campaign execution and personalization to experimentation, measurement, and optimization. You’ll work closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product, and the executive team to shape how one of the fastest-moving AI companies in the market grows.

- Establish forecasting, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable fast, informed decision-making.
- Partner closely with GTM Operations and Data Science to continuously improve the systems that power growth, including lead and account scoring, routing, attribution, funnel measurement, and account prioritization—ensuring Sales and Marketing are aligned around the highest-value opportunities.

- Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, organic growth, and field marketing.
- Coach leaders, raise the quality bar, and build a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Senior Level Growth Marketing Director Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level growth marketing director job?
Employers hiring at the senior level want candidates who have owned growth outcomes end to end, not just executed campaigns someone else designed. Demonstrating that you have set strategy, built or scaled a team, and tied your work directly to revenue or retention metrics is what separates competitive applicants. A portfolio of measurable wins across multiple channels, plus evidence of cross-functional leadership, carries more weight than tenure alone.
Which companies hire senior level growth marketing directors?
Companies hiring senior level growth marketing directors right now include Metropolis, Squarespace, and 24 Seven Talent, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Hiring at this level covers high-growth technology companies, established consumer brands, and professional services firms that have built dedicated growth functions and need experienced leaders to run them.
Are there remote senior level growth marketing director jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid options are widely available at this level. About 50% of senior level growth marketing director openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how many organizations have made distributed leadership a permanent part of their structure. On-site roles do exist, typically at companies where close collaboration with product and engineering teams is a priority.
What makes a growth marketing director role senior level?
Senior level growth marketing director roles are defined by strategic ownership rather than execution support. You are expected to set channel and funnel strategy, own KPIs at the department or business-unit level, manage or mentor a team, and make resource and investment decisions independently. Mid-level roles typically execute within a defined strategy. Senior roles define it, defend it to leadership, and are accountable for the results.
Which industries hire the most senior level growth marketing directors?
Senior level growth marketing director roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Consulting & Professional Services, and Staffing & Recruiting, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. These sectors tend to hire at this level because they operate at scale, compete heavily for customer acquisition, and need experienced leaders who can build data-driven growth programs with measurable impact on revenue.
