Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled M365 and AI Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and related technologies, with the ability to architect scalable and secure AI-powered business solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define and deliver AI-powered architectures within M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Viva, Power Platform, and Copilot).
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and other AI capabilities into M365 workflows.
- Develop governance models for AI adoption across M365.
Implementation & Integration
- Lead AI solution development using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Copilot extensions.
- Ensure seamless integration of M365 AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.
- Establish data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Strategy & Advisory
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define roadmaps.
- Drive AI adoption and change management initiatives within M365.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging M365 AI trends, tools, and best practices.
Technical Leadership
- Create reference architectures, solution accelerators, and reusable frameworks.
- Guide development teams on AI/ML model integration within M365.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and OpenAI Services.
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise AI/automation solutions in M365.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, identity, and governance in M365 & Azure.
- Experience with Power Platform, Graph API, and AI Builder.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or Azure AI Engineer Associate.
- Experience with data platforms (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Dataverse).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for enterprise use.
- Background in change management and user adoption strategies.
