This role focuses on selling outcome-based engineering services, AI-powered Quality Engineering (QE) solutions, enterprise agentic workflow programs, data platform modernization, and cloud engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own net-new logo acquisition and drive account expansion across defined territories and verticals.
- Build and manage relationships with C-suite and VP-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs, and VPs of Engineering.
- Lead consultative, outcome-focused sales conversations with enterprise customers.
- Conduct whiteboard-driven discussions focused on business outcomes rather than traditional product/slide-based selling.
- Position Innominds' core offerings across:
- AI System Trust Engineering
- Enterprise Agentic Workflows
- AI-Ready Data Platforms
- Cloud & Platform Modernization
- Build and maintain a healthy 6+ month enterprise sales pipeline.
- Partner closely with sales and technical teams to develop solutions and close enterprise opportunities.
- Manage enterprise sales cycles typically ranging from 3–9 months.
- Drive opportunities ranging from $300K entry engagements to $2M+ annual retainers.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in enterprise technology services sales.
- Experience selling engineering services or professional services.
- Proven track record of new-logo acquisition.
- Experience carrying and achieving $1M+ annual sales quotas.
- Experience selling to VP and C-suite executives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and buying processes.
- Ability to lead consultative conversations and articulate business value.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
This role is not focused on SaaS license or hardware sales.
