Business Development Manager – Hardware Distribution
Remote with Regional Travel

Join Blish-Mize Co., a fifth-generation, family-owned hardware distributor with 150+ years of success supporting independent retailers. We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand business opportunities across our northern Midwest region.

What You’ll Do

· Prospect and secure new dealer accounts.

· Build strong relationships with new independent retailers.

· Develop tailored proposals and presentations to win new business.

· Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers.

· Represent Blish-Mize at trade shows, customer visits and industry events

· Participate in dealer store sets, working with a merchandising team

What We’re Looking For

· 7—10 Years of proven experience in sales, account development, or business development (hardware/building materials industry strongly preferred).

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

· Ability to travel extensively throughout region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
