Qualifications — Required
- 15+ years of relevant IT leadership experience in a biotech/pharma, including 6+ years in a similar lead role
- Working knowledge of ICH and FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Led AI implementations successfully including agents and enterprise wide Chatbots
- Experience with AI/ML across a broad application space
- Experience in R&D organizations transitioning systems from research to development, ideally at high-growth companies
- A hands-on approach to change management – owning system roll-outs with stakeholders end-to-end rather than handing them off
Education
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
