Schedule: 9/80 Schedule | 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM | Every other Friday off
We’re looking for a Senior IT Analyst with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (Zurich release) and working knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management) and GRC/IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules.
What you’ll do:
- Build and configure Service Catalog items using Flow Designer
- Develop and customize workflows with JavaScript
- Create/modify UI Policies, Actions, Forms, and Business Rules
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards
- Provide production support for ServiceNow-related issues
Must-have qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of relevant IT experience
- 3–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow module experience (ITSM required)
- Familiarity with SAM, GRC, or Asset Management is a strong plus
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License
