INTRODUCTION
Own the definition, deployment, and performance of digital tools supporting Quality processes across the organization.
Ensure a single source of truth for Quality data, enabling reliable KPIs, audits documents, investigations, and decision-making.
Drive digital transformation within Quality, aligning IT and digital capabilities (new features, continuous improvement…) with business and regulatory needs. Be proactive to accept and identify new opportunities for efficiency.
Support performance improvement, including reduction of non-quality and warranty costs through effective digital solutions.
Manage the reliability and evolution of Quality digital tools.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the integration and enhancement of digital tools to improve Quality data management and user experience, driving digital transformation and AI implementation to support internal problem-solving teams in resolving customer issues faster and more efficiently on a global scale. Oversee the selection, development, and global deployment of new digital tools, and mentor engineers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of legacy digital tools that affect quality data sources and enhance existing applications using cutting-edge tools, including artificial intelligence, to improve the user experience for internal problem-solving employees. This will enable them to identify and resolve customer issues faster and more efficiently while standardizing methods and tools globally.

Lead the selection, development, and deployment of new digital tools that are required to satisfy business requirements. This can range from updating current databases to building entirely new ones from scratch.

Uncover both the apparent and underlying costs embedded in existing workflows and implement new tools and solutions that drive company value while reducing time and expenses. Track and quantify the value delivered by each initiative, with a focus on maximizing cost savings and operational efficiency.

Implement production-grade AI agents that execute multi-step workflows, make context-aware decisions, and integrate with enterprise systems through APIs, microservices, and workflow platforms to imitate and support the problem-solving team by completing repetitive data seeking tasks and send meaningful notifications with actionable insights to increase the speed at which the team reacts to problems.

Take ownership of critical services, influence technical direction, and mentor engineers while partnering closely with ICT, Engineering, and leadership teams.

Identify data definition, structure, long-range requirements, documentation of database(s), operational guidelines and protection.

Assist in establishing database standards and guidelines.

Work with ICT to migrate server data and set up data algorithms to normalize and ingest information.

Create executive-ready storytelling: clear visuals, concise narratives, and recommendations based on evidence.

Generate a book of ideas based on hands-on knowledge of Quality workstreams. Prioritize the ideas based on immediate need and value generation and work to implement successful Proof of Concepts. Collect feedback and present to extended teams before decision is made to expand projects within regions and worldwide.

Deliver results that meet corporate targets, for example: Reduction of warranty cost, project lead-time, and kPPM.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in digital transformation and data management.
- Strong understanding of AI implementation and digital tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready storytelling.
- Ability to track and quantify value delivered by initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Knowledge of database standards and guidelines.
