Senior IT FP& A Technology Product Owner
We have an opportunity for a Senior IT FP&A Technology Product Owner to join our IT Enterprise Applications team in Tacoma, WA (hybrid), reporting to the Vice President, IT Enterprise Applications. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end technology strategy and delivery for Infoblox's Financial Planning & Analysis function across a modern enterprise stack that includes Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM, Anaplan, and Salesforce. Collaborating closely with FP&A leadership, Accounting, Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, Data & Analytics, and cross-functional IT teams, you will drive the technology roadmap that powers financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business partner self-service enabling Infoblox to operate with the speed and precision of a high-growth, IPO-ready organization.
Be a Contributor — What You'll Do
- Own the FP&A technology roadmap by partnering with Finance leadership to align technology investments with enterprise goals around planning efficiency, forecast accuracy, and business partner self-service
- Support the Anaplan platform end-to-end — including model governance, release management, integration strategy, and ongoing optimization — ensuring the EPM solution delivers on its promise of driver-based planning, workforce planning, revenue forecasting, and Product P&L reporting
- Manage Oracle ERP and HCM integrations to Anaplan and downstream reporting by coordinating data pipelines (GL transactions, trial balance, metadata, employee rosters, open requisitions) and ensuring a single source of truth for FP&A
- Oversee Salesforce-to-FP&A data flows, including bookings forecasts, opportunity data, and revenue signals that feed planning models and executive reporting
- Drive data integration architecture across Oracle, Anaplan, Salesforce, and the enterprise data lake (Redshift/Databricks) leveraging middleware tools such as Boomi and Anaplan Data Orchestration (ADO)
- Serve as the Strategic Product Owner (SPO) for FP&A technology, acting as the central point of contact between the CIO organization and FP&A stakeholders owning intake, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery of all FP&A technology work
- Work with high-performing teams of product analysts, systems engineers, and model builders across multiple geographies (US, India, Mexico)
- Establish and enforce governance for planning models, data quality, security, access controls, and change management across the FP&A technology portfolio
- Champion AI and automation within FP&A technology — identifying and delivering AI-driven forecasting, automated journal entries, predictive analytics, and process automation that shift FP&A time from manual data preparation to higher-value analysis
- Manage vendor and system integrator relationships (e.g., Big 4 and boutique firms) for implementation, optimization, and ongoing support engagements
- Define and track KPIs that measure FP&A technology effectiveness, including forecast cycle-time reduction, model accuracy, business partner adoption, and total cost of ownership
- Ensure platform health and security including patching, upgrades, licensing, and compliance across all FP&A technology platforms
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 12+ years of progressive IT experience in enterprise applications supporting Finance/FP&A functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams or strategic technology portfolios
- Deep hands-on experience with Anaplan (model building, administration, integration design) and a strong understanding of EPM best practices including driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, workforce planning, and scenario modeling
- Strong Oracle ERP Cloud expertise, particularly in Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and HCM modules, with experience designing and managing data integrations between Oracle and third-party planning tools
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and its role in providing bookings, pipeline, and revenue data to FP&A planning and reporting processes
- Experience designing and managing data pipelines using middleware/integration platforms such as Boomi, Anaplan CloudWorks, ADO, or similar ETL/ELT tools
- Proven ability to operate as a Strategic Product Owner or IT Business Partner owning roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, balancing enterprise priorities with capability-area needs, and driving governance
- Strong financial acumen, comfortable discussing P&L structures, revenue recognition, cost allocations, COGS, OpEx planning, and SaaS business metrics (ARR, bookings, churn)
- Experience leading teams across multiple geographies (India, US, Mexico) and managing vendor/SI relationships for enterprise implementations
- Change leadership skills, experience driving adoption, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication during enterprise technology transformations
