Skills and Experience

• Experience in IT support, help desk services, desktop support, or a related technical role.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common office applications.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Understanding of user accounts, permissions, and technical support ticket workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to document technical issues accurately and prioritize requests.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, or endpoint management is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with other IT professionals.
