Position Summary
We’re seeking outgoing, reliable Field Outreach Interns to join our event-based marketing team. In this role, you’ll interact directly with community members, answer questions, qualify customers, and help guide them through simple applications or sign-up processes. This position is ideal for students who want real-world exposure to sales, outreach, and communication roles.
No prior experience is required—training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face outreach at events, shopping centers, campuses, and other public venues
Engage potential customers, provide information, and support with application or document completion
Identify and qualify prospects; guide them through sign-up steps
Maintain and manage assigned territories to maximize outreach performance
Follow company compliance guidelines, documentation standards, and KPI expectations
Share field insights, trends, and feedback with the team
Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and workshops

Currently enrolled in a 1st- or 2nd-year college program (associate or bachelor’s)
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with the public
