We currently have a role available for a Entry-level Analytical Chemist 1st & 2nd Shift.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Run weekly in vitro ADMET (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicology) assays
Perform LC-MS/MS bioanalytical quantitation supporting ADMET assays using Sciex 6500
Provide in-vitro assay support across the full range of assays offered (e.g., permeability, metabolic stability, plasma protein binding, CYP inhibition, solubility, and related ADMET endpoints)
Support and execute automated workflows using Hamilton STAR/STARlet liquid handling platforms and High-Res Bio systems for assay execution
Maintain accurate and timely electronic lab notebook (ELN) records
Work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
Hands-on wet laboratory skills: weighing, pipetting, and sample/reagent preparation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with LC-MS/MS bioanalytical quantitation
Familiarity with laboratory informatics, LIMS, and/or electronic lab notebook (ELN) systems
Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Cell culture, aseptic technique
We have multiple positions available for first shift (5am - 2pm) and second shift (10am-7pm). These are positions onsite in Indianapolis, IN location. Training will take place from 8a-5p before moving to designated shift.
