Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Representative

• Engage with customers in a professional, face-to-face environment to understand their needs and goals
• Educate customers on communication, internet, and connectivity solutions while explaining available options and benefits
• Recommend tailored services and assist with enrollment, account setup, and onboarding processes
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and ongoing support
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all account information is properly documented
• Support customer acquisition initiatives while helping drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Participate in training, coaching, and team collaboration efforts to achieve performance goals and represent the company professionally

Pay: $48,141.48 - $57,976.84 per year
