Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for Oracle Financial systems and related enterprise applications, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external partners to identify business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses, process reviews, configuration assessments, and data mapping activities to support system enhancements, integrations, and business transformation initiatives.
- Prepare functional specifications, interface requirements, data mapping documents, testing plans, and other project documentation to support successful delivery.
- Lead and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and production support efforts.
- Analyze complex business and system issues, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing updates to business and IT leadership.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members and contribute to the growth of the business analysis practice.
- Support strategic initiatives focused on improving financial processes, system capabilities, data quality, controls, and operational efficiency.

- Deep functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Intercompany Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes, including GAAP, financial close, chart of accounts design, account reconciliations, journal entries, consolidations, reporting hierarchies, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP integrations, financial data flows, system interfaces, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex business and technical challenges.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple initiatives, manage priorities, mitigate risks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting ERP Financial systems in a business analysis, functional lead, or solution delivery capacity.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and/or Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple legal entities, ledgers, currencies, and intercompany operations.
- Experience leading or supporting ERP upgrades, financial transformations, chart of accounts redesigns, and finance process standardization initiatives.
