Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain ethical and professional clinical standards.
• Develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with our clinical team when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Help create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license (LCMHC or LCMHCA, LCSW or LCSWA, LMFT or LMFTA, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Professional liability insurance.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to cultural humility and lifelong learning.
• Ability to manage documentation efficiently.

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rocky Mount, NC 27804
