About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, supportive, and knowledgeable Licensing Coordinator to join our District team. As one of the "main faces" of our district office, you are the primary guide for our candidates during the final stages of their hiring journey. You will be responsible for ushering them through the pre-licensing phase, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and motivation needed to successfully pass their state exams and join our agencies as licensed professionals.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an insurance agency or district environment (Strongly Preferred).
- Active or previously active Insurance License (P&C or Life/Health) is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with Colorado State licensing requirements and registration procedures.
- Proficiency with Zoom, scheduling tools, and CRM management.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Coaching: Conduct virtual Zoom meetings (scheduled by our recruitment team) to set expectations, map out study paths, and answer all questions concerning licensing requirements and specific job duties for each role (Protege, Producer, CSR, and Agency Ownership).
- Weekly Progress Check-ins: Lead pre-scheduled weekly check-ins with candidates to track study progress, provide guidance, and maintain accountability throughout the learning process.
- State Exam Scheduling: Proactively coordinate and schedule state exams for candidates once they have reached the appropriate study milestones and practice exam scores.
- State Registration: Guide candidates through the process of registering their insurance licenses with the State of Colorado once exams are successfully completed.
- District Coordination: Work closely with our District Distribution Manager to ensure a seamless transition for candidates moving from the licensing phase into office interviews.
- Accuracy & Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of candidate milestones, exam dates, and licensing status to ensure 100% accuracy in our talent pipeline tracking.
