Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade appliances and mechanical components to ensure optimal performance.
- Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct repairs on appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, air conditioning units, and other mechanical equipment.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate complex repairs and contribute to ongoing facility improvements.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical systems repair and appliance installation.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC/R systems and refrigeration.
