Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville, KY is looking for a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager! As a sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales team, giving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, coaching and mentoring sales staff, and working closely with the finance department to maximize profitability. YOUR ROLE:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
- Coach, train, and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer interactions
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless transitions from sales to financing
- Explain vehicle features, advantages, and financing options best suited for customers
- Ensure loan/title and miscellaneous documents are processed efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Engage in business development to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record in Automotive Sales Management required
- F&I experience is required - candidates must have a strong understanding of finance and insurance processes
- Success in an automotive dealership setting
- Experience in sales leadership, team management, and process improvement
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle sales and finance
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with dealership CRM software
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Passion for the automotive industry & sales success!
- Able to meet our company background requirements and have a valid driver's license with good driving record
