Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends

Our 10-lift facility is equipped with quality tools and diagnostic equipment, and our team consists of experienced technicians who take pride in their work.

We're currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Automotive Technician with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has extensive mechanical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic abilities, and the experience to confidently handle complex repairs while helping maintain a productive and efficient shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns on domestic and import vehicles.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using professional scan tools, wiring diagrams, and automotive service information.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, steering and suspension systems, brakes, HVAC, cooling systems, and other vehicle components.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, check engine lights, and intermittent vehicle concerns.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and accurately identify necessary repairs.
• Complete maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and preventative maintenance.
• Assist and provide technical guidance to other technicians when needed.
• Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly with service advisors and management.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, organization, and shop safety.
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and according to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional automotive repair experience required.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly in electrical systems and drivability.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and repair procedures.
• Experience working on a variety of domestic and import vehicles; GM experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with professional diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and automotive repair software.
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a busy repair shop.
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
