Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable, physically capable Construction Cleanup/General Labor Technician to join our crew. This is hands-on, physical work — hauling debris, operating equipment, and prepping finished spaces for occupancy. If you're reliable, don't mind physical labor, and work well as part of a crew, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Remove and haul construction debris; load and manage dumpsters and waste disposal.
- Move materials, equipment, and supplies across the job site; lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout shifts.
- Operate industrial cleaning and site equipment (floor buffers, extractors, vacuums, pressure washers).
- Perform final site prep work: floors, fixtures, windows, and finished surfaces, ahead of occupancy walkthroughs.
- Work alongside other trades on-site to keep pace with project schedules.
- Follow all safety procedures and job site rules, including PPE requirements.
- Travel with the crew to out-of-town job sites as needed, including overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Construction, warehouse, labor, or commercial site experience preferred, not required — we train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks: bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods.
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in an active construction environment.
- Reliable transportation required; valid driver's license preferred.
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as project schedules demand.
- Willing to travel to out-of-town sites, including overnight, as needed.
