WorkSpace Clean Commercial Cleaning Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking team members for post-construction and special-project cleaning assignments throughout the Houston area. Additional work may be available as new projects and recurring commercial accounts are secured.
Responsibilities
- Remove construction dust from floors, walls, baseboards, fixtures, and other surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean doors, windows, frames, ledges, cabinets, and other detailed areas
- Remove labels, tape, packaging, and light job-site debris
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Operate commercial vacuums and other cleaning equipment safely
- Follow site-specific safety requirements and cleaning checklists
- Report safety concerns, damage, or incomplete construction work
- Complete assigned areas thoroughly and within the required timeframe
Qualifications
- Post-construction, commercial cleaning, janitorial, or related experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide acceptable documentation for Form I-9
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work around dust and active or recently completed construction areas
