Position Overview
Are you passionate about technology? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with electronics, and helping people?
We're seeking an Entry-Level Electronics Repair Technician & Sales Associate who is eager to develop technical skills while delivering excellent customer service and helping drive retail sales.
This position combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction and sales. While previous professional repair experience is not required, applicants should have some familiarity with electronics, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
Paid hands-on training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Repairs & Troubleshooting
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Perform device inspections, functionality testing, and quality-control checks.
- Learn proper repair procedures, tools, and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Handle customer devices carefully and protect customer information.
Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers with purchasing smartphones, devices, and accessories.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Actively promote phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, and other accessories.
- Explain repair services, products, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Help achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic understanding of electronics, smartphones, or computers preferred.
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities.
