POSITION SUMMARY
You MUST be very detailed oriented and great with technology for this role!
The Production Manager is the operational hub of Teal Ridge. You turn sold jobs into finished roofs and collected revenue. You own the job from the moment a project manager submits it to production until the final check clears and the crew is paid.
That means ordering materials through SRS, ABC, or QXO, scheduling crews, writing Xactimate estimates and supplements, pushing adjusters for full scope, auditing every invoice against agreed pricing, and keeping JobNimbus clean and accurate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Scheduling

- Run a production audit on every job to confirm all essential components are in JobNimbus and the job meets minimum profit margins before it's built
- Order materials through SRS, ABC Supply, QXO, and other suppliers
- Schedule and coordinate crews across both markets to keep our one-day-install standard
- Train PMs to handle job-site problems and resolve escalations quickly
Insurance, Xactimate & Supplementing
- Build insurance estimates in Xactimate for PMs using EagleView and Hover measurements
- Create supplement estimates and evidence packages and submit them to carriers
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters to increase scope and payout
- Send certificates of completion (COCs) with completion photos and PWI/PWARR photos to release final funds
- Follow up with adjusters on COCs and final fund release until paid
JobNimbus
- Audit jobs that sit too long, move them to unfulfilled as appropriate, and confirm any rollovers such as labor bills or Itel reports
Billing & Job Costing
- Enter material and labor invoices in JobNimbus documents and record costs in the profit tracker
- Audit material invoices against agreed supplier pricing and labor invoices against agreed sub pricing
- Create final invoices for PMs to send to homeowners and record homeowner payments
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years in residential roofing production, operations, or insurance restoration
- Hands-on supplementing experience: you've written supplements, built evidence packages, and won scope increases from adjusters
- Crew and material scheduling experience in a multi-crew operation
- Experience ordering and managing accounts with SRS Distribution, ABC Supply, or QXO (formerly Beacon)
- Proficient in Xactimate
- Working knowledge of EagleView and JobNimbus
- Strong with numbers: job costing, margins, invoice reconciliation, and commission calculations
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable owning many moving parts at once
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between Lexington and Columbus as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Hover, Gusto, and a profit-tracking or job-costing system
- Familiarity with Itel reports and carrier final-payment processes
- Experience training or supervising project managers or office staff
- Knowledge of Kentucky and Ohio permitting
