We're looking for a Roofing Project Manager who thrives in the field, keeps projects on track, and delivers an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. At American Home Tech, we don't just build roofs—we build trust. As a Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring every roofing project is completed safely, on schedule, and to our high standards of quality.
This position requires you to safely climb ladders and walk roofs daily. This is a field role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple roofing projects daily onsite at customer homes, while keeping schedules on track. (Projects last 1-2 days)
- Be present onsite throughout roofing installs to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout each project to inform them of updates.
- Maintain accurate project updates and documentation in the company CRM.
- Conduct pre-installation inspections to verify materials and job readiness.
- Perform final inspections, resolve punch list items, ensure pristine project cleanup and that work meets company standards.
- This position requires working long hours (10+ hours/day) during our busy season which includes overtime pay.
Qualifications
- Extremely comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working at heights in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic smartphone and computer skills are helpful—we'll train you on the tools you'll use every day
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
