The role
You knock doors in Charlotte-area neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners about their roofs, set the appointment, and close the signed contract.
What you'll do
Canvass assigned neighborhoods door to door and follow local solicitation rules
Identify homeowners who need roof repair or replacement
Present Patriot's roofing options and close signed contracts
Log leads and deals accurately and hand off to the production team
Represent Patriot professionally (company badge provided)
What we're looking for
Comfortable talking to strangers and handling "no"
Reliable transportation and a smartphone
Self-motivated; sales or roofing experience a plus
Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply
Pay
Commission only, tiered by signed deals per calendar month: 7% of contract value with 1 deal, 8% with 2, 10% with 3, 12% with 4 or more. The rate you reach applies to all of that month's deals. Cancelled deals don't count toward your monthly tier. Full tier rules are in the written agreement. Paid at job completion. No base pay. No commission on cancelled or uncollected jobs. Commission terms, including cancelled jobs, are set out in a written independent contractor agreement. Earnings vary entirely with results.
