- Previous experience with VFDs, motor starters, and automation in a manufacturing environment

- Experience maintaining production, processing, or manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in a food and beverage, distillery, or other industrial manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience troubleshooting PLCs

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods.
