ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness of complex hydraulic systems and auxiliary mobile equipment. You will leverage your technical expertise to diagnose mechanical failures and implement high-quality repair solutions that minimize downtime for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive repairs, preventative maintenance, and structural fabrication on customer-owned mobile hydraulic units.
- Perform advanced diagnostics to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
- Create and document standardized repair workflows to streamline the resolution of recurring warranty and performance issues.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship during welding and metal fabrication tasks to ensure equipment integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical insights that improve long-term equipment reliability.
- Manage individual work orders efficiently to meet turnaround time expectations and maintain shop productivity.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of advanced hydraulic systems.
