Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics and analytics to drive continuous operational improvements in occupancy rates, property maintenance, and financial performance.
• Tenant & Vendor Management: Ensure clear communication, structured processes, and high service levels to maintain strong relationships with tenants and service providers.
• Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Identify and address property management challenges proactively, minimizing disruptions and inefficiencies.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure all properties are managed efficiently, staying on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company goals.
• Strategic Implementation: Work closely with leadership to align property management strategies with company objectives and ensure long-term success.
