Responsibilities
- Follow up on violations immediately upon notification.
- E-certify HPD violations with New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
- Coordinate with Property Managers, Supers, and Contractors to remediate violations.
- Track, follow up on, and close violations from: (DOB) (ECB) (DSNY) (DOH)
- Coordinate with Supers and Contractors to remediate violations promptly.
- Monitor violations across the entire portfolio and prioritize emergency repairs.
- Conduct occasional site visits to inspect properties and ensure work is completed properly.
- Maintain strong relationships with Tenants and respond to concerns professionally.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all compliance deadlines are met, and violations are properly closed.
- Take full ownership of assigned properties and manage responsibilities independently
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Property Management experience in NYC preferred.
- Experience handling HPD, DOB, DSNY, DOH, and ECB violations.
- Strong knowledge of NYC compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and tenant-relations skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
