- Complete resident recertifications with guidance and review.
- Maintain accurate, organized resident files and documentation.
- Collect and post rent payments accurately and on time.
- Assist with rent calculations and account adjustments.
- Conduct routine property inspections as assigned.
- Enter, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders.
- Support the Property Manager with daily property operations and administrative needs.
