Whole Systems Learning is seeking an entrepreneurial, mission‑driven leader to oversee earned‑revenue initiatives, early‑stage ECM operations, and housing navigation/placements for participants impacted by reentry, community violence, and trauma. This role leads our Pathways to Wellness initiative, supervises ECM and housing staff, and strengthens cross‑program coordination across WSL’s growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow Pathways to Wellness (workshops, CHW deployment, CHW certification).
- Oversee early‑stage ECM operations and CalAIM‑aligned service delivery.
- Manage housing navigation, placements, partnerships, and house operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure coordinated, trauma‑healing‑focused participant support.
- Support earned‑revenue expansion and cross‑program alignment with JCOD contracts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MSW or bachelor’s in social services, public health, nonprofit management, business, or related field.
- 3+ years program leadership or service coordination experience.
- Experience with CalAIM/Medi‑Cal systems and housing navigation/placements.
- Strong operational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Lived experience with the criminal legal system (self or family).
