As Vice President, Product Management, you will lead the strategic development, positioning, and operational execution of Resurety’s product portfolio across our CleanSight and CleanTrade platforms. Reporting to the CEO as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leading a team of three product managers, you will guide cross-functional teams to delight and empower Resurety’s clients who buy, sell, and invest in clean energy contracts and assets. Your success will be measured by a more transparent, more liquid, and more impactful clean energy economy.
You will bring deep expertise in energy markets and the information and tools market actors need to make decisions confidently and to act efficiently. You will also bring a curiosity and passion for how agentic capabilities can expand and accelerate our value proposition to clients.
Key Responsibilities

- ROI: Work closely with commercial leadership across Resurety Markets and Resurety Insights platforms to measure and maximize Go-To-Market success: pricing and packaging, product marketing, customer success, etc.
- Ecosystem intelligence: Deeply understand the broader energy-tech ecosystem, identifying opportunities to acquire or partner with complementary organizations.
2. Execution Excellence

- Personal: You already work this way. You use these tools daily to think faster, test your own assumptions, and get further on a problem before involving anyone else.
- Team: Raise the ceiling on what a four-person product team can do. Empower your team and the broader organization to embrace the tools and processes that compress the time from idea to customer value creation.
Ideal Candidate
- Storyteller: Translate complex market data into a compelling product narrative that excites both internal stakeholders and Tier-1 clients.
- Operator: Proven experience managing ROI and moving fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
