They must operate credibly at both strategic and execution levels, serving as the connective tissue between engineering and the business by shaping roadmaps, defining technical requirements, governing value streams, and ensuring disciplined delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Job Description:

- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization — while proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, foresight, and data-driven decision-making.
- Balance strong delivery execution with strategic perspective, challenging and evolving existing processes when they no longer serve outcomes.
- Oversee a full-stack development team to produce stable and scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem that meet all committed requirements.
- Work with quality assurance to plan and implement testing to completely verify and validate all product capabilities as ready for release.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product roadmap, requirements, etc.
- Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- The ability to influence multiple stakeholders not under your direct management.

Strengthen the impact of Salesforce as a core revenue and customer success platform by proactively guiding stakeholder priorities, leading outcome-driven improvements, and ensuring strong enablement and adoption across sales and customer success. Step into a more visible leadership role both with business stakeholders and Salesforce teams by influencing direction earlier, executing meaningful platform improvements, and modeling strong people leadership.
This goal focuses on translating Salesforce investments into realized business value through improved user experience, simplified workflows, and selective AI-enabled enhancements that materially improve day-to-day efficiency for sales and CS teams.
- Proactively influence stakeholder prioritization across sales and customer success by engaging earlier in planning cycles, challenging assumptions, and helping leaders align on the highest-value Salesforce outcomes.

- Lead execution of Salesforce improvements focused on:
- UX and usability enhancements that reduce friction for frontline users.
- Workflow simplification that improves speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Thoughtful exploration and rollout of AI-enabled capabilities that drive real productivity gains.
- Champion enablement and adoption, ensuring new features are well understood, effectively rolled out, and measurably improving how sales and CS teams work.
- Increase leadership presence and credibility with senior stakeholders through clear point of view, confident facilitation, and consistent, data-backed communication.
- Strengthen leadership within Salesforce delivery teams as a people manager — setting clear expectations, empowering team members, and modeling outcome-oriented decision-making.
- Partner closely with sales, CS, finance, and engineering leaders to surface risks early, manage trade-offs, and maintain momentum on high-impact initiatives.
- Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, efficiency gains, user satisfaction, business outcomes) to ensure Salesforce investments deliver intended value.
Successful execution will lead to sales, customer success, and finance leaders viewing you as a trusted, proactive partner in shaping Salesforce strategy; clearer prioritization and faster decision-making; measurable improvements in user efficiency and satisfaction; stronger adoption of new capabilities; and a more confident leadership presence as you expand your impact as both a delivery leader and people manager.
