ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform quality inspections and process control activities throughout the manufacturing process
• Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen product quality and reduce risks
• Work with suppliers and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure quality compliance during new manufacturing line setups and process changes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards in every task
• Ability to work within established guidelines while proactively identifying improvement opportunities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and address quality concerns
• Comfortable in a dynamic manufacturing environment handling both routine and unexpected challenges

COMPENSATION

• Expected compensation range is $23.70 - $35.55 per hour
• This position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location
• Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
