Position Overview
WK Webster is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Technician – Accounting,
Dispatch & Logistics Support to join our Claims team. This position plays a key role in
supporting claims operations through accounting assistance, claims dispatching, and
logistical coordination. The ideal candidate will help ensure claims are routed eiciently,
records are maintained accurately, and operational support is delivered in a timely and
professional manner.

 Assist with the desk of President and Senior Vice President when necessary
o Emails, Returning Phone Calls, Drafting Letters, Mailings, Appointments
 Assist with daily claims processing and related administrative support.
 Support claims accounting functions, including invoice review, payment tracking,
coding, reconciliation, and documentation.
 Enter, update, and verify claim data in the claims management system with
accuracy and consistency.
 Dispatch claims to field personnel, adjusters, or vendors based on urgency,
location, and service requirements.
 Coordinate field assignments and monitor claim activity to help ensure timely
completion.
 Manage logistical support tasks such as scheduling, document distribution, and
coordination with internal and external partners.
 Track claim status and follow up on outstanding items to support eicient
resolution.
 Communicate with accounting sta, field teams, and other departments to resolve
issues and maintain workflow.
 Review claim-related documents for completeness and accuracy before
processing.
 Maintain organized files, records, reports, and correspondence related to claims
activity.
 Assist with preparing routine reports and updates for management.
 Provide general administrative and operational support to the claims team.
 Follow company policies, procedures, service standards, and applicable regulatory
requirements.

 High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
 Previous experience in claims support, accounting support, logistics, or
administrative operations preferred.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Oice applications, especially Excel.
 Experience with claims systems or similar database platforms preferred.
 Ability to work eectively with internal teams and external contacts.
 Ability to obtain an Insurance Adjusters License through Non-Resident State of
Texas

Preferred Skills
 Basic understanding of claims processing and accounting workflows.
 Experience coordinating field resources or dispatch activities.
 Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to follow-up.
 Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
