Position Overview
Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate all marketing initiatives including but not limited to, social media, online, offline, research, creative concepts, and more.
- Support the Marketing Manager/Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan, setting objectives, planning, and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
- Deliver high-quality service by teaching and supporting the marketing needs requested by the field and internal departments.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and reporting information in an actionable form.
- Create engaging marketing collateral for internal departments and the field including print, email, social, and digital assets.
- Assists in managing relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
- Assists in event planning for attendance at conventions.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Prior working knowledge of insurance industry preferred.
- Analytic skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written with the ability to speak effectively in a public arena.
- Ability to participate in and assist in the design of marketing programs with clients and/or agencies.
- Creative problem-solving skills with forethought of organizational goals and needs.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs and demands.
- Ability to maintain and display a positive attitude at all times, supporting business needs and changes.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
- Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using social media including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- College degree in related field a plus but not required.
